How to Serve Non-Alcoholic Wine: Temperature, Glasses & Pairings
Non-alcoholic wine deserves to be served with the same care as any fine drink. The good news: getting it right is simple. Here’s how to make every pour of Trezee look and taste its best.
1. Chill it properly
Trezee is best enjoyed chilled, at around 8–12°C. Refrigerate the bottle for 2–3 hours before serving. Too warm and it can taste flat; nicely chilled, the flavours are crisp and refreshing.
For a party, keep bottles in an ice bucket (half ice, half water) to hold temperature throughout the event.
2. Use the right glass
Serve Trezee in a proper wine glass — it genuinely elevates the experience. The bowl lets the aroma gather, and the stem keeps the drink cool. For rosé and fruit flavours, a slightly narrower glass looks elegant; for the reds, a classic round bowl works beautifully.
No wine glasses? Any clear stemware or a nice tumbler will do — the key is clear glass, so the beautiful ruby colour shows.
3. Pour with a little ceremony
Half to two-thirds full is the sweet spot — never to the brim. A calm, steady pour makes even a simple gathering feel special, and it’s a lovely inclusive moment when everyone at the table receives the same glass.
4. Pair it with food
Non-alcoholic wine is wonderfully food-friendly:
- Red Grape / Classic Red → cheese, grilled vegetables, paneer, rich curries.
- Strawberry / Blueberry / Berry Blend → cakes, desserts, chocolate.
- Pomegranate / Cranberry → festive fried snacks and spicy food (the tartness cuts through richness).
- Apple / Green Grape → light starters and salads.
5. Try it over ice
On a hot day, serve the fruit flavours over ice with a twist of orange or a few fresh berries. It becomes an instant, elegant mocktail — no mixing skills required.
A note for hosts
Because Trezee is 0.0% alcohol, you can offer one beautiful drink to your entire gathering — children, elders, drivers and guests who don’t drink — with no need for a separate “other” option. That inclusiveness is the whole point.
